Our Constitution promises freedom, justice, and equality for all. Excessive greed and self-interest of those on the far right and extreme liberalism of those on the far left prevent us from achieving these lofty goals.

This collection of essays argues that individual beliefs and values should never infringe upon the rights of others. What is needed is a spiritual boundary beyond which no one is willing to penetrate. Such a moral and ethical standard would enable our nation to move toward equity and social justice for all.
